Day 7 of Bookmark Project
We have all 3 designs complete and are assembling the document to start cutting the full sheet. Due to the wait of the laser cutter... we will hopefully be done no later than Thursday.

Day 6 of the Bookmark Project
We are working on the third and last design. The design includes the quote "Reading is dreaming with open eyes". Thinking of doing an image to go along with the quote due to the amount of free space. A picture will be uploaded , hopefully, no later than tomorrow if time allows.

Bookmark Project Day 5
We have completed our second prototype. Still needing more design ideas. Comment below if you have any. Just a reminder that this is being made for our christmas craft fair with an audience range from 6-60 years of age. With the designs we have created... we are going to start the process of making the actual bookmarks from the wood that is provided to us. The third design just involves a music note.

Day 4 Of Project
Having a substitute really puts us behind schedule. No laser cutting today which means no second prototype. Designs are being made on the computer and will hopefully have some pictures up today. Being 2 days behind isn't too bad. Hopefully we can get everything caught up by Thursday. Many students have accomplished next to nothing today; playing games, doing other homework, and just talking. As I sit here blogging and attempting to get more designs done... I am constantly distracted by the amount of immaturity amongst my peers.

Day 3 of Bookmark Project
Most of today's agenda is creating the designs on the computer using images from google and the software "Inkscape. We have a total of 2 designs. The first one was showed in the post before and the second one will be posted, hopefully, today or Monday. We have decided to skip the survey due to timing and just wing it. Changes will be made to the first design such as: rounded corners, centered circle, and, eventually, the material.
